CoastLink Freight LLC provides freight brokerage and logistics services. We connect shippers with authorized motor carriers to transport freight. We do not operate trucks or employ drivers directly; we act solely as a recognized freight broker under FMCSA regulations.

Users of our Website and TMS portal are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information regarding freight descriptions, dimensions, weights, and pickup/delivery requirements.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided for the TMS portal.
- Ensuring all freight tendered complies with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
CoastLink Freight LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or our logistics services, except to the extent liability is explicitly assumed under a signed separate agreement (such as a Broker-Shipper Agreement or Broker-Carrier Agreement).
